Daily Biotic Capsules - Daily Pre and Pro Biotic - Endotoxin Support
Each of these three species has randomized human data: Bacillus coagulans for digestive comfort over 90 days, Bacillus subtilis for bloating and burping in 76 healthy adults, and FOS for raising Bifidobacterium counts across eight controlled studies. Three species and their fiber, one capsule.
For adults who want one steady daily capsule rather than a shelf of gut products. 30, 60, or 180 capsules.

- Spore-Forming Strains
- FOS Prebiotic
- Shelf Stable
- Pork-Free Capsule
- No Fillers
- No Flow Agents
- No Refrigeration Needed
Why people use it
- Spores, not a cold chain. Bacillus species arrive as spores. A 2024 review describes them as acid- and bile-resistant with a longer shelf life than vegetative-cell probiotics, which is why the label says a cupboard instead of a fridge.
- Three species, each with human data. Bacillus coagulans, subtilis, and clausii all have randomized human trials behind them. Read them in the drop-down below; they used named strains at stated CFU counts, which this label does not yet publish.
- Prebiotic and probiotic in the same capsule. FOS feeds the Bifidobacteria already living in you. A meta-analysis of eight controlled studies in 388 people found FOS raised fecal Bifidobacterium counts without raising digestive side effects.
- Everyday digestive comfort. In 76 healthy adults, Bacillus subtilis improved a composite score of bloating, burping, and flatulence more often than placebo. Supports digestive comfort and regularity.
- Timed to stay out of the way. One capsule on an empty stomach with 16 oz of water, 15 minutes before food or your Adrenal Cocktail, so the two are not competing for the same window.
What's in the capsule
The capsule holds about 700 mg total. The split between the prebiotic and the three species is not disclosed, and no CFU count is published, so this table is qualitative.
| Ingredient | What it contributes |
|---|---|
| Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) | Prebiotic fiber. Feeds Bifidobacteria already in the gut. Read it as a companion to the spores rather than a full daily fiber dose: the trials that moved the needle used 2.5 to 15 g/day, and the whole capsule is ~700 mg. |
| Bacillus coagulans | Spore-forming probiotic. Studied in adults for digestive comfort and regularity. |
| Bacillus subtilis | Spore-forming probiotic. Studied in healthy adults for occasional bloating and everyday digestive comfort. |
| Bacillus clausii | Spore-forming probiotic, acid- and bile-resistant. See the cautions on spore probiotics before use. |
| USP grade pork-free bovine capsule | The shell. No fillers, no flow agents. |
Approximate. The ~700 mg fill is the label figure. FOS dose-response context from a 90-day randomized dose-response trial and a 2022 meta-analysis; spore-format context from a 2024 review of Bacillus probiotics in Foods. Ask us for the current specification sheet if you need CFU counts or strain designations.
How to use
- 1 capsule first thing in the morning with about 16 oz of water.
- Wait 15 minutes before your first meal or your Adrenal Cocktail.
- Most people stay at 1 to 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed 3 unless a practitioner directs it.
- Introduce it gradually. A short adjustment in gas or stool pattern is common when prebiotic fiber is new.
- Pairs with a digestive enzyme at meals if you want both halves of the routine.
Sourcing & making
Four lab-tested ingredients: FOS and three spore-forming Bacillus species, in a USP-grade pork-free bovine capsule. Spore formers were chosen so the product does not depend on a cold chain between our bench and your cupboard. Encapsulated in small batches when you order.
Full ingredients

Who it's for — and who it isn't
Good fit for:
- Adults building a simple daily digestive routine rather than a rotating stack
- Practitioners who want a shelf-stable spore format they can hand a client without cold-chain instructions
- Anyone who has given up on refrigerated probiotics because they keep forgetting them
Probably not for you if:
- You are critically ill, immunocompromised, have a central venous line, or a damaged gut barrier. Bacteremia has been reported in intensive-care patients given Bacillus clausii spore probiotics; use spore probiotics only under medical supervision.
- You need a labeled CFU potency to make a clinical decision. Ask us for the current specification sheet first.
- It is for a child. Not intended for children unless a qualified practitioner directs it.
Testing & quality
Every product is lab tested. Certificates of analysis on request, about a two-week turnaround. Every lot is tested for purity and contaminants before it's bottled. CFU counts aren't on the certificate today - ask and we'll tell you what we hold.
The research behind the ingredients
Published research on the ingredients in this product, for education. These studies were not conducted on this product.
Prebiotic - Fructooligosaccharide (FOS)
Nutrients · 2022 · systematic review and meta-analysis · n=8 studies, 388 participants
Pooling eight controlled human studies in 388 people, FOS supplementation significantly increased faecal Bifidobacterium counts versus control, with the clearest effect at 7.5-15 g/day for more than four weeks, no significant change in Lactobacillus or Enterobacteriaceae, and no increase in gastrointestinal side effects.
Probiotic - Bacillus coagulans
Bacillus coagulans digestive comfort trial, 2016
Nutrition Journal · 2016 · RCT · n=36
In a double-blind placebo-controlled trial of 36 adults with diarrhoea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, 2 billion CFU/day of Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 for 90 days significantly improved bloating, abdominal pain, stool frequency and quality-of-life scores versus placebo, with no significant adverse events.
Probiotic - Bacillus subtilis
Gut Microbes · 2022 · RCT · n=76
In 76 healthy adults, 2 billion CFU/day of Bacillus subtilis BS50 for six weeks improved a composite score of bloating, burping and flatulence in 47.4% of participants versus 22.2% on placebo, and was well tolerated with no meaningful changes in blood chemistry or inflammatory markers.
Evidence note: Moderate: all three ingredient classes have genuine randomized human data, but every trial used a specific named strain (MTCC 5856, BS50) at a stated CFU dose, and this label lists neither strain designations nor CFU counts, so the evidence supports the ingredient categories rather than this exact formula. Bacillus clausii also has a supporting meta-analysis of six paediatric RCTs (Ianiro et al., Nutrients 2018, https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/10/8/1074) but was not among the three best matches to this product's adult, everyday-use positioning.
FAQ
Why doesn't this need refrigeration?
All three species are spore formers. A 2024 review in Foods describes Bacillus spores as acid- and bile-resistant with a longer shelf life than vegetative-cell probiotics. That is why a cool, dry cupboard is enough.
How many CFUs are in a capsule?
The label doesn't break it out yet. The capsule is about 700 mg total across the prebiotic and the three species. Ask us for the current specification sheet before you compare it to a labeled-CFU product.
Is the FOS enough to count as my prebiotic fiber?
On its own, probably not. The dose-response trials used 2.5 to 15 g of FOS a day. The whole capsule is 700 mg. Treat the FOS as a companion to the spores and get your fiber from food.
Who should skip it?
Anyone critically ill, immunocompromised, or with a central line should talk to their physician first. Bacteremia has been reported in ICU patients given Bacillus clausii spore probiotics. Live cultures are not for everyone.
Can I take it with the Adrenal Cocktail?
Take this first, with water, then wait 15 minutes. It is a scheduling choice, not a chemistry problem - it keeps the two from landing in the same window.
Pairs well with
- Digest IQ Digestive Enzymes — the other half of the routine, taken at meals instead of before them
- Micro Fiber Gut & Colon Support — if you want real fiber volume alongside the FOS
- Adrenal Cocktail — the drink this capsule is timed 15 minutes ahead of
Cautions
- Most people do well with 1 to 2 capsules daily. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
- Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required, but heat and humidity shorten shelf life. Best within 6 months of opening.
